Job Description

1. Should have knowledge of Branch Operations and Credit of any Commercial Bank.
2. Client relations skills including communications, negotiating,problem solving.
3. Strong customer service skills.
4. Maintaining relation with existing customers well as acquiring new business and bringing new clients.
5. Planning and implementing various strategies to penetrate business and able to achieve various business targets with clear focus of Sales & Marketing .

Desired Candidate Profile
Education : UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
1) Candidates having qualification like JAIIB/CAIIB will be preferred.
2) Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience including 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager of any commercial bank.
3) Knowledge of Gujarati language is preferred.
