Age Limit: Candidates age should not be above 30 years for all and 35 years for SC/ ST candidates as on 04-06-2014. Age Relaxation is applicable for candidates serving in Arunachal Pradesh State Government.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Master’s Degree in concerned subject with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade with good academic record and have cleared the NET.

Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on Interview/ Viva Voce.

Application Form: Candidates may obtain the application form on cash payment of Rs.70/- for AFIST candidates and Rs. 130/- for General candidates from the Commission’s Office, Itanagar on all working days from 10.00 AM to 04.00 PM on or before 04-06-2014.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in prescribed format along with 2 recent colour pass-port size photographs with self-attestation in the front side, Self-attested copies of certificates and mark-sheet right from Class-X onwards up to PG level including PG Mark sheet issued by the Assistant Registrar/ Registrar/ Controller Examination/ Vice-Chancellor of Concerned University to ascertain educational qualification, APST certificate, matriculation certificate for proof of age issued by the Board/ University, NET/ SLET/ SET/ Ph.D documents, by superscribing the envelope as “Application for the post of Assistant Professor” through registered Post/ Courier on or before 04-06-2014 by 04.00 PM.

Last Date for Payment of Fee: 04-06-2014.
